2. We do not make extra-thick texture as it may get damaged during shipping or with change in weather.

Carriers & Tracking:
Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Purolator, or similar. All orders have online tracking facility, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package from dispatch to delivery.
Dispatch Time: 2 business days from Canada. Exception: Handmade to order paintings and canvas prints may take upto 2-3 weeks for dispatch.
Delivery Time:
Canada - estimated delivery in 2-6 business days.
USA - estimated delivery in 2-7 business days.

It's important to note that handmade paintings and canvas prints require additional time for creation and will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Additionally, the actual delivery time of carriers may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as staffing, network congestion, Covid-related delays, border security, and other unforeseen circumstances.
